Accessibility of Marcali

Marcali is situated at about 180 kilometres southwards from Budapest, in the county Somogy, at 12 kilometres from the south-western corner of the Lake Balaton. In August 2008 the highway M-7 was finished, granting the possibility to reach it in any seasons quickly and comfortably both from eastern and western direction. According to the information standing at our disposal a further part of the highway M-7, the bridge arching over the river Mura will be completed till the end of this year the very latest, as well.

As you may well know, considerable free territories still stand at disposal, first of all due to the fact, that we just started with the intensive sale of the establishment of Marcali Ipari Park Zrt. So far we have sold a territory of near 60.000 square metres during the year 2007 , mainly being parallel with the railway. Among our customers we have an enterprise producing bioethanol, the value of this investment exceeds the amount of EURO 100 million.

In accordance with our realization strategy we are interested in the settlement of investors having the intention to carry on considerable developments, thinking on the long run and requiring free labour power standing at disposal in the area.
